Charity Fun Runs in support of The Sophie Rolf Trust - KissyPuppy and West Wight Sports & Commuity Centre 

Cancelled this year due to the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus, we are delighted the Duver Dash will be back in 2021 as part of the Festival of Running from 30th May to 6th June, with the Duver Dash event itself on Sunday 30th May (Bank holiday at the start of 1/2 term)

The Duver Dash is now part of the Isle of Wight Festival of Running, organised by West Wight Sports & Community Centre.  Funds raised will be split equally between these 2 Island charities.

The 5km course, for over 16s, starts and finishes on the St Helen's Duver and takes in some spectacular views across the Harbour and surrounding countryside.  The Junior 1km course (under 16s, min age 5) is held on the St Helens Duver itself, with the option of a 2nd lap.

Entry fees: 5km - £10   Juniors £4 (late entry fee on the day)

Location: the Event Centre is at the Duver Marina, The Duver, St Helens, PO33 1YB 

Facilities: on site Duver Cafe, showers and toilets

Parking:  there is a National Trust Car Park (PO33 1XY) close by (their standard charges apply).  Alternative parking can be found adjacent to St Helens Beach (Council charges apply).  There is no parking on the Duver itself.  If you are a Blue Badge holder please get in touch with the Harbour Office (office@bembridgeharbour.co.uk).  Click here for directions by road.
