Charity Fun Runs in support of the Sophie Rolf Trust & West Wight Sports & Commuity Centre - part of Isle of Wight Running Festival
The 5km course, for over 16s, starts and finishes on the St Helen's Duver and takes in some spectacular views across the Harbour and surrounding countryside. The Junior 1km course (under 16s, min age 5) is held on the St Helens Duver itself, with the option of a 2nd lap.

Registration: from 0900 at the Duver Marina Event Area
Closing date: due to Covid-19 restrictions and safety measures there is NO ENTRY ON THE DAY. The CLOSING DATE for entry is midnight on Sunday 23rd May.
Start(s): 5k Duver Dash first start - 1000. Participants may be started in "waves" to minimise congestion and enable social distancing. Junior Duver Dash will start when the 5k has finished.
Final instructions and details of arrangements will be sent to participants by email prior to the event.
Entry fees: 5km - £10 Juniors £4
Location: the Event Centre is at the Duver Marina, The Duver, St Helens, PO33 1YB
Facilities: on site Duver Cafe, showers and toilets
If attending by boat: please go to our online booking page to book a berth.
Parking: there is a National Trust Car Park (PO33 1XY) close by (their standard charges apply). Alternative parking can be found adjacent to St Helens Beach (Council charges apply).
